@jessicakiernan: Been changing my macros lately. As you know Im trying IIFYM. I seem to have more positive changes when my carbs in the 200 g range and my calories are lower that 1500. The past week or so Ive been quite bloated and pretty much eating well on IIFYM, hitting macros etc. and having the occasional treat. So Im thinking perhaps my body stopped responding the the lower calories and macros. So today I upped them back up but will eat denser carbs and try not to eat the really bad stuff. So theres the update for you. Im not always tiny and ripped or whatever, Im usually more curvier and carry bodyfat, more than I want usually but my body does so oh well. We do the best we can.
Remember that your not perfect nor expected to be. Take your time and learn about your mind and body. The rest will fall into place.
